If your deposit is missing, please use our DISCORD ticket system.
If you made a deposit to Simple PoS Pool and it shows as confirmed in the explorer but not in your account after 24 hours, please open a ticket by typing
and give us the following information:
- Your pool username
- The coin name
- Deposited amount
- If available, tx id (transaction ID)
Please note that some exchanges will show a withdraw as “completed” or “finished” without actually sending it to the blockchain. If you don’t find your transaction on the explorer, then this is the case. Simple PoS Pool cannot do anything in this case and we have to wait for the exchange to send the transaction.
