How to set up a PACGlobal masternode with Simple Masternode

Set up a PACGlobal masternode can be very challenging

It´s really like you read it… Any PIVX fork it´s relatively easy to set up and start, however the PACGlobal is not that easy and it can take several minutes or even hours because it´s completely different and uses the last DASH code.

Set up a PACGlobal masternode in a few easy steps

Simple Pos Pool and Simple Masternode is already known by facilitating the users´lifes and we made it again. We deploy the VPS for any user that wants to run a PACGlobal masternode, but the challenge comes after… Starting the masternode itself needs at least 3 different commands to be typed in the debug console in order to start the masternode. These codes are in a simple way a bit complex, but we created a tool where you just type some info and we retrieve the code you have to input in your debug console. Easy isn´t it???

Let´s start with the first step by creating the addresses

We need to create at least 3 addresses when we first start with the masternodes. We need to create a collateral address that will hold the collateral, the owner address and the reward address. Just open your console by going to TOOLS>DEBUG CONSOLE and type

getaccountaddress alias

where the alias is the name that you want to give to your address. My suggestion is to name it as mn01r for the reward address, mn01o for the owner address and mn01c for the collateral address. As said earlier you can name it the way you want, but you should alwasy use the same label followed by the letters r/o/c to identify r=reward, o=owner and c=collateral. This will ease your life to identify your masternodes if you have more than one. However if you create more than one masternode you´ll be able to use the same reward address for all masternodes.

Now it´s time to send the collateral

PACGlobal´s collateral is 500.000 PAC. You need to send this collateral amount to the previous created collateral address and one more coin to the reward address, unless you use a rewards address that has already some funds. This is needed because we must pay the ProRegTx transaction fee of about 0,3 PAC/transaction. After sending the collateral copy the transaction ID. You will need it later.

Let´s create the Simple Masternode VPS to set up a PACGlobal masternode

If you´re familiar with other coins and Simple Masternode, than you already know this tutorial. You need to order a VPS from Simple masternode in order to run your PACGlobal masternode. Please login and open the menu MASTERNODE>SIMPLE MASTERNODE. Select the coin and follow the simple steps. Use the transaction ID that you copied in the previous step when you are asked about the it. After finishing all the steps just wait for us to deploy the VPS. Right now it´s only half automated and we need to create the VPS manually, but in a near future it will be fully automated. You´ll receive an email with all the details and this tutorial as soon as we deploy your VPS. Once deployed, just log into your Simple Pos Pool account and follow the next step.

Start your PACGlobal masternode

Proceed only if your collateral transaction has at least 20 confirmations! Well, if you reached this step, than you have already a deployed VPS for your masternode. Log into your account and go to the menu MASTERNODE>MY SMN and a pop up will appear. Select yes. If you select no the pop us closes and you can do what you want. To resume the masternode activation, just select another menu and come back to the MY SMN menu and the pop up appears again.

To use our interactive PACGlobal masternode activater (iPACma), just start filling all the info and hit next. Everytime you hit next, a new orange box will appear with the info you have to copy/paste into your wallet´s debug console. After pasting it just hit enter and the new codes will be generated. These new codes must be copied into your iPACmn to proceed with your PAC masternode activation. The last step inside the console will generate a TxID. You should save it next to the notepad you created or anywhere else you might want. This TxID can be used inside your debug console to know the status of your ProTX. This is the way it´s done
